I have, among other things, trained as a mental coach, mindfulness instructor, well-being coach, and NLP Master. In addition, I have deepened my knowledge in various areas related to mental well-being. Sometimes just one conversation—and an exercise during it—can open a new path in your life and point you in the right direction. Mental training is especially helpful when something is weighing on your mind, even if you can’t quite identify what it is or why it’s there.
