With You Personal and Mental Training
Company activity
My mission is to coach and provide comprehensive knowledge related to well-being—both mental and physical.
Part of my mission is also to guide others on their path of personal development and to convey the understanding that consistent practice leads to long-term skills—that it’s okay for progress to take time, and that the focus should be on the process itself.
Since we are a unified whole—both mentally and physically—I find it especially important to combine mental coaching, mindfulness, NLP, physical training, and, of course, nutrition. I also offer mental training and physical training as separate services.
Continuous development is a core part of who I am. I enjoy learning and furthering my education, and the awareness that "we are never truly finished" reinforces my vision of staying present in the journey itself. The belief that we already have everything we need to live a good life is something I strongly incorporate into my coaching.
I founded the company in 2016.

Mental training
and
Mindfulness
Mindfulness - being present in the moment -permeates everything I do, from how I interact with others to both the mental and physical training I offer.
Being in the present and focusing on what you are doing right now is important, as it supports both mental and physical balance, enhances recovery, and improves the effectiveness of training. I tailor the mental training individually, as each person’s challenges and starting points are unique. I truly believe that we are all unique.
Mental training is conducted through in-person or virtual sessions, where we discuss the issues or questions that have arisen for you. In addition, I use various exercises designed to help you gain insight, set goals, and find solutions to move forward.
Stress management, recovery, inner balance, goal visualization, goal programming, and self-esteem are some of the key areas within mental training.
I also offer various online courses, which can be completed individually or in groups. These online courses can be combined with one-on-one mental training, depending on your needs and preferences.
I provide mental training for both youth and adults in Swedish, Finnish, and English. In-person services are available in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Physical training
The focus of my physical training is on overall well-being, where improving physical fitness and strength is about creating energy, joy, endurance, and a body that functions well and stays healthy.
Building and maintaining good fitness and strength is a fundamental requirement for our well-being. It supports proper digestion, optimal sleep quality, weight balance, and helps regulate stress levels.
As a Personal Trainer (PT), I offer tailored training packages for individuals and groups, consisting of strength training and/or cardiovascular training. All training is customized to suit your level and needs.
Strength training can include gym-based workouts, bodyweight exercises, or a combination of both. Cardio training may include running, cycling, walking, stair training, and can be combined with strength training.
The training packages are designed according to your experience—for example, beginners, regular exercisers who need a restart, experienced individuals who want to update their program, or those focused on running.
Please note that I do not focus on fitness or bodybuilding-style strength training in my practice.

Financial Well-Being Coaching
I believe that our financial matters significantly impact our overall well-being.
Money is often associated with strong emotions—shame, for example. In my experience, financial challenges are frequently a result or symptom of imbalances in other areas of well-being. This can be illustrated with the example of someone experiencing poor sleep quality, which then leads to decreased work performance, strained or reduced social interactions, and a lack of energy for exercise or preparing nutritious meals. This chain reaction often affects how one manages their finances and the decisions made around spending.
The target group for financial well-being coaching is not limited to those facing financial difficulties. It also includes individuals who have a strong desire to grow as consumers and learn how to manage their finances more effectively.
In financial well-being coaching, I use a wide range of tools to raise awareness of thought patterns and behaviors, and to practice healthier ones. In addition, tools for financial tracking, budgeting, and loan calculation are used. Personal responsibility and active participation are key elements in this form of coaching.
Nutrition
I believe that our financial matters have a significant impact on our overall well-being.
Money is often tied to strong emotions—shame, for example. In my experience, financial challenges are frequently a result of, or a symptom of, imbalances in other areas of life. Take, for instance, someone struggling with poor sleep quality. This can lead to reduced work performance, strained or diminished social relationships, and a lack of energy for exercise or preparing nutritious meals. This chain reaction often influences how we manage our finances and the choices we make around spending.
The target audience for financial well-being coaching isn’t limited to those facing financial hardship. It also includes individuals who are motivated to grow as conscious consumers and want to manage their finances more effectively.
In this coaching, I use a wide range of tools to raise awareness of thought and behavior patterns and to develop healthier habits. In addition to mindset work, I incorporate practical tools for financial tracking, budgeting, and loan planning. Active participation and personal responsibility are essential components of financial well-being coaching.
