Multilateral wellbeing

FOR COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS

As a leader of your workplace, organization, or team—are you wondering whether your staff is truly taking care of their well-being? Have you noticed signs of mental absence or lack of motivation? Are you seeing an unusual number of unexplained absences at work that are starting to concern you?

Would you, as an employer, like to offer financial well-being coaching to your employees?

Or perhaps you, as a member of the team or workplace, are feeling weighed down and exhausted. Your worries are dragging you down, and you just can’t seem to find the energy or motivation to carry out your tasks. I may be able to help in such a situation, as these kinds of challenges have, unfortunately, become all too familiar to me.

I am trained as a mental coach, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master, and mindfulness instructor, and I also work as a well-being and personal trainer.

I primarily operate in the capital region of Helsinki, Finland, but I’m happy to offer these services on a broader geographic scale as well. I work in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

WHY

Of course, we are all responsible for our own well-being, but I believe that employees' overall well-being should also be a concern for employers in order to maintain a functional workplace and a healthy team environment. That’s why it’s important to identify and address issues and challenges as soon as they arise. The fact is, a well-balanced employee recovers more effectively—both during the workday and in their free time.

A well-being employee generally has the most important areas of life in balance. All aspects of life—work, social relationships, sleep, exercise, nutrition, and finances—are interconnected and influence one another. Other important areas can also include personal development, physical environment, and recovery.

I am fully convinced that most people want to perform well in their roles and appreciate encouragement and positive feedback. We are all affected by life in different ways, and sometimes life can be challenging. Various situations and events can impact a person’s functioning, and often there is a lack of awareness or understanding about the causes—or where to turn for support and solutions.

When an employer takes employees’ overall well-being into account, I firmly believe it becomes a competitive advantage for the company. That said, when it comes to responsibility, it is also up to the employee to make use of the well-being benefits the employer offers, in a way that suits their individual needs.
