MY STORY

A healthy lifestyle has been a strong personal value throughout my life. That doesn't mean I’ve lived healthily every day or that I strive for perfection, but in recent years, this value has given me the insight that when we live according to our own values, it also contributes to our well-being. Sports and physical activity have been a part of me since childhood. They give me energy, joy, physical strength, and self-discipline, but they also provide relaxation and recovery.

 

Our physical body and our mental state form a unified whole. This is something I wish I had understood better when I was younger, during my time in athletics and even afterward.

I feel that much of what we do today is focused on performance and efficiency.

 

From my own experience, it's all too easy to lose touch with ourselves in the pursuit of achievement and progress. As a result, we may lose connection with our inner selves and, perhaps unknowingly, begin to live in ways that go against our own values.

In the long run, this leads to stress and discomfort. Stress is something I’ve had to work through a lot myself, as I enjoy achieving things, which sometimes causes me to push too hard. Life has also brought phases that have challenged me on many levels—within myself, in family life, and in my professional life. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how we function as individuals and the importance of balance.

THIS IS WHAT I WANT

My name is Tanja Wickström, and I am a certified Mental Trainer, Mindfulness Instructor, NLP Master, and Personal Trainer (PT), as well as a Dance for Health Instructor. I also offer financial well-being coaching, where I combine my coaching expertise with my extensive background in banking and finance. I believe that financial health plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. These services are offered through my company, With You Personal and Mental Training, in Swedish, Finnish, and English.

 

My mission is to help others grow, discover their own potential, and to share my knowledge of how we can achieve well-being. I want to support people in unraveling the knots and answering the questions we all encounter at different points in life.

My vision is grounded in a strong belief in the power of connection. I believe that it’s easier to find our inner strength, joy, and new behavior patterns when we do it together. With the help of the right methods, tools, and dedicated practice, we can move forward in life. I also believe that we already possess everything we need to live a balanced and healthy life—it may just take a little support to access those resources and apply them in a meaningful way.
